PERMANENT RUNNING TRACKS

Treptower Parkloop

10,4km
Flat, asphalt,
parks

From the Schleusenufer we run towards the southeast, past THE event and club culture in Berlin. We leave Arena and Badeschiff behind and proceed into the Treptower Park . Directly along the Spree River to the Insel der Jugend and further past the old Plänterwald Freizeitpark until the turning point is reached after approximately 6k. We run back along small forest paths through the park towards the RUNBASE. Overlooking the Treptowers you almost feel a bit like in Central Park and the Puschkinallee with its white trees provides another great view. Back in the RUNBASE one takes the time for stretching and to enjoy the well-earned delicious Matcha Latte.

Stralauloop

8km
Mostly asphalt

Classic short lunch track or easy evening session. Start at the Schleusenufer towards the Schlesische Tor, crossing the Spree at Oberbaumbrücke with its great architecture, proceeding on to the Stralauer Allee straight to the peninsula Stralau. Surrounding it completely while watching the most popular and expensive properties from outside. From the south shore we run across the Elsenbrücke back towards the RUNBASE, enjoying one of the most beautiful Spree-Berlin views. You can treat yourself to some goodies in the LAB Kitchen right after arrival in the RUNBASE.

Runbase Track

1,3km
24/7 Track

1.3k separate the RUNBASE from the nearest sports ground, which is freely accessible as one of the few sports fields in Berlin and which also has floodlight in the evenings. Here we fine-tune our running technique or our speed at tempo runs. The envious glances of footballers due to our running style and speed are ensured.

Channelloop

11km
Track by the
canal on park
paths

If the RUNBASE wasn’t the RUNBASE, it could also be the lock house between the Spree and the Landwehr Canal. Along the latter one this track leads through different sections, from flea markets to boules fields, you will find anything along the beautiful canal on park trails or small streets. Highlight of the track is the Paul-Lincke-Ufer 40, the old home base of #boostberlin. In addition to the great variety, the round also offers great flexibility. Every other hundred meters there’s a bridge, which can be used as a turning point to adjust the length of the run individually. On the way back the other riverside offers new facets and insights into the life around.
